If you leave the group, the travel agency has the right to terminate the subsequent service, and the travel agency will not refund the fees. All consequences arising from this will be borne by the individual; (It is recommended that if you have a gathering with relatives and friends, it is best to arrange a small gathering in the hotel after the group ends every day, or arrange it during free time. Do not leave the group at will. The travel agency is not responsible for any losses caused by this;
- Please stay in contact during the tour so that the relevant reception staff can contact you;
- Please keep your personal belongings. If they are lost or damaged during the trip, you will be responsible for it yourself.
TOUR:
- The travel agency has the right to adjust the order of the itinerary according to the holidays or closure time of scenic spots, but the tour content will not be reduced and the standard will not be lowered;
- The actual tour time of the itinerary attractions is the shortest time, and the time marked in the itinerary shall prevail;
- The travel agency is not responsible for any traffic jams during the peak tourist season.

HOTEL:
- The hotel star rating standards listed in the itinerary are the local hotel rating standards;
- Local four-star hotels in Moscow and St. Petersburg;
REFUND:
- If the tour is not possible due to force majeure such as weather, war, strike, earthquake, etc., our agency will refund the ticket fees for the unvisited attractions in accordance with the travel agency agreement, but the fees for the free items will not be refunded;
- If tourists voluntarily give up the tour for personal reasons, the hotel accommodation, meals, car and other fees will not be refunded;
SUPPLEMENTARY FEE:
- If the airline adjusts the ticket price according to the policy, please pay the difference according to the regulations. The ticket price is a group ticket and cannot be changed, replaced or refunded;
- If the country of the tourist destination adjusts the ticket or other related prices according to the policy, please pay the difference according to the regulations;
OTHER:
- Our agency handles tourists’ opinions based on the “Team Quality Feedback Form” returned by tourists. Please fill in the “Team Quality Feedback Form” in a fair, just and realistic manner.
Time
Russia is a vast country, with 11 time zones from east to west (9 time zones are actually used). People usually use local time. Trains use Moscow time throughout Russia, and planes use local time. Moscow is 5 hours behind Beijing.
Language
The common language in Russia is Russian. Foreign languages include English, but it is not widely used.
Currency
The common currency in Russia is the ruble. International credit cards (Visa/Master) and UnionPay cards are not fully accepted at this stage.
